Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Eternity Stem Co. We handle every stem and arrangement with care to ensure it reaches you safely.
Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 21 days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Note: During peak seasonal periods (such as key wedding months), processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping service.
Standard Delivery (UK): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
You can track your package directly on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Items
Delays: Once an order is transferred to the courier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier services or adverse weather.
Damaged in Transit: Every order is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. You must notify us at admin@eternitystemco.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and outer packaging.
Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or safe spaces first, then contact us immediately so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
